Mentorship

Adolescents will meet weekly for 1-hour group mentor sessions to receive support, guidance, and peer interaction.

We believe that parents should be a part of every child’s healing process. 

We support parents in monthly or bi-weekly groups to discuss progress, education, and peer support from parents in similar situations.

classroom curriculum

Our team of mental health professionals have designed a workbook for youth to use during their time at school, outside of therapy appointments, and after being discharged from psychiatric care.

Peer-LED support  workshops

Leading mental health peer support workshops as a young person is powerful. These workshops create safe spaces where peers can talk openly about mental health. They share experiences and ways to cope, making it normal to discuss mental health and reduce stigma. These workshops build a supportive community where everyone feels heard and supported in their mental health recovery.
